Investment Grade Financial Instrument Funding

We provide fundings that are based upon bonds, bank guarantees, take-or-pay contracts, tax credits, Corporate Guarantees, CDs, Letters of Credit, and other unconditional contracts and financial instruments.
To provide a successful funding, your financial instrument will be:
  • Sum-certain
  • Date-certain
  • Unconditional
  • Assignable
  • Backed by an investment grade entity rated BBB or better by Standard and Poors or Moodys Rating Agencies
  • Minimum of $100MM on financial instruments with no maximum (some exceptions to minimum may apply)
  • Minimum of $5MM on all other fundings with no maximum (some exceptions to minimum may apply)

Acquisition, Development and Construction

  • One-time underwriting for ADC, mini-perm, and permanent loan with one-time fees
  • Aggressive LTCs up to 90%
  • Wide-range of acceptable property types
  • Projects ranging from $10MM to $100MM

Sale Leaseback

  • Up to 100% LTV plus addition FF&E
  • Excellent for franchises, flagged hospitality, etc.
  • Loan amount $2MM to $50MM
  • Up to 20 year lease term with (4) 5-year extensions
